In order to make the file downloadable it has been created in what is called a self-extracting ZIP file. When you click on the Download link below you will be asked where to save the file so here's what to do..... STEP 1 - Create a folder in which to download the file. Don't use an existing folder unless it is totally empty of files. STEP 2 - Download the file into the folder you created in Step 1 by clicking on "DOWNLOAD" button below.
