ArchCityConnect Display Ad COMMENTS: St.Louis Shopper is a small Business Ad Publication that currently has 50,000+ circulation. Right now I'm paying $46 a month (12 month contract) for this business card style ad but in the process of working out bartering arrangements with the publisher to offer free classifieds on my site for his customers.
